After the collapse of the Victor Boniface deal, Milan are now close to finalizing the signing of a new striker for Max Allegri.
According to MilanNews.it, there is a preliminary agreement with Sporting Lisbon for Conrad Harder: the deal, worth around €25 million plus a resale percentage, is nearing completion.
Negotiations are ongoing to reach a final agreement with the player, who had already given his word to Rennes, but Milan are confident of securing his definitive yes in a short time.
The Danish centre-forward, born in 2005 and developed in the Nordsjælland youth system, made a name for himself with impressive numbers at youth level: 27 goals in 24 appearances with the U19s in the 2022/23 season. He made his Superligaen debut in June 2023 and scored his first professional goal just a few months later.
In the summer of 2024, Sporting Lisbon signed him for around €19 million. It was an important gamble that quickly paid off: Harder scored in the league, cup, and Champions League, proving decisive in Sporting’s triumphs in both the league and the Taça de Portugal. He finished last season with 54 appearances, 13 goals, and 10 assists across all competitions.
