These are red-hot hours. In exactly five days, the summer transfer window will close and Milan are, and will continue to be, very active both in terms of arrivals and departures. The Rossoneri are mainly looking for a striker and a box-to-box midfielder, and more than one player could be sold. In the latest video released overnight by Matteo Moretto on Fabrizio Romano’s YouTube channel, the journalist provided an update on several situations.

As mentioned, Milan’s priorities in these final days are two positions: a striker and a midfielder who can make runs into the box. However, it’s not excluded that further opportunities could arise, for example, a defender, as reported last night by Sky Sport.

Up front, the main name remains Conrad Harder, the 20-year-old Dane from Sporting Club de Portugal. The deal is practically done: Moretto notes that only a few details remain, which is why Harder’s agents will be in Lisbon in the coming hours to try and unlock the situation. On the other hand, rumors linking Dodi Lukebakio to Milan have not been confirmed, as relayed via Milannews.it.
In midfield, Massimiliano Allegri is strongly pushing for Adrien Rabiot, who is the coach’s top priority. Marseille value the Frenchman at €14–15 million and have no intention of including Bennacer in the deal.
AC Milan departures...
A potential arrival of Rabiot would only materialize if Yunus Musah were to leave. According to Moretto, contacts between Atalanta and Milan are ongoing, and the player himself has already given the green light. Negotiations are focused on Atalanta’s offer, expected to be around €25 million, which will only move forward once Brescianini’s transfer to Napoli is finalized.
Meanwhile, Como are pushing hard for Alex Jimenez and are in constant contact to finalize a loan deal. Roma, however, are also interested in the Spanish full-back. Talks with the Rossoneri have been rekindled, and the clubs even discussed a potential swap deal (currently unrealistic) between strikers Dovbyk and Gimenez.
Moretto adds that the Mexican forward feels very comfortable at Milan and is determined to establish himself with the Rossoneri.
