Matteo Moretto, transfer market expert, added an interesting detail on X to Fabrizio Romano’s report about AC Milan’s official 10 million euros bid for Adrien Rabiot:
“Official offer from Milan to Marseille for Adrien Rabiot worth around €10 million including bonuses. The parties are close.”

According to L’Equipe, on the other hand, this past weekend Marseille’s entourage held talks with several clubs regarding Adrien Rabiot, including Allegri's AC Milan:
"It seems," the French outlet writes, "that the talks were quite fruitful, as Marseille now expect concrete negotiations with the Lombard club and an official bid for Rabiot. OM have set the asking price at €15 million, aware that the player, who received significant pay rises upon arrival—will also be entitled to a transfer incentive. Meanwhile, Milan freed up a midfield slot this Sunday: Yunus Musah was loaned out to Atalanta."
