Rabiot shows no signs of fatigue:
Anyone who thought that head coach Massimiliano Allegri would give Adrien Rabiot some rest yesterday had to rethink. Even though the AC Milan team were leading by three goals against a ten-man Lecce, the French midfielder stayed on the pitch for the entirety of the match. The Italian tactician, who pushed hard to bring him to Milan in the last summer transfer market window, put him at the heart of the team, and Rabiot himself responded with some top-level performances.

From the Vélodrome to San Siro:
Signed in the final days of August from Marseille, the ex PSG and Toulouse player joined Milanello only after the September international break. Despite limited training with his new teammates, Allegri started him immediately against Vincenzo Italiano's Bologna side. From the first game it was clear what he could bring: quality, work rate, and the right mentality. Those traits showed again in the matches against Udinese in the league and Lecce in the Coppa Italia. Having worked with Allegri for several years at Juventus, the 30-year-old Frenchman understands the coach’s instructions and fits seamlessly into Milan’s system, as pointed out by Milan News.
Rabiot's impact at Milan:
Adrien has made an immediate impact. He leads on the pitch. Many, including ex Rossoneri and Bianconeri boss, Fabio Capello, were surprised. In fact, Capello told Gazzetta dello Sport: "I never thought I’d see him at this level so soon, as a leader and driving force for Milan. He’s the most important signing for the team to fight for the Scudetto." Time will tell if that holds, but Adrien Rabiot and Luka Modric have certainly added a new dimension to Max Allegri’s AC Milan squad.
