Alessandro Florenzi, former Milan full-back, now retired, commented about the 0-0 draw between Milan and Juventus:
“On points, Milan deserved more, the penalty made a big difference. Still, getting a point away against Juventus is something you take home. Modric? Modric is a champion, he is 40 years old but looks like he is 25. In football terms he is far stronger than the others, otherwise he would not be putting in the performances he has shown so far," he told Sky Sport Italia.

The former Rossonero then spoke about Massimiliano Allegri’s new Milan compared to last season’s:
"This is a completely different team and they started again from important foundations, like the coach who knows the club, is Italian, and knows Serie A. Milan play once a week and that is an advantage. When I won the Scudetto with Milan I am sure we won it because we went out of the Champions League early. Physically, we were the strongest at the end of the season."
On Santiago Gimenez and Rafael Leao, Florenzi said:
"Gimenez? I see him in much better physical condition, he always has two chances per game, which means sooner or later he will score. How to fit in Leao? For me, Allegri’s most important task will be to find a role for Rafa. He improved a lot under Pioli, but he had a team that played for him. For me he is not a normal player, he is strong. Leao has not yet understood how strong he is."
