Is Napoli’s midfield the strongest in Serie A?
“Maybe. But I think we are just at the start. They are doing very well, but we will see gradually. There can be injuries, players return tired from the national team, and every match can be different. But when everyone is available, they have a really strong midfield.”

“Always. Italian football is slower than the Premier League, and also than LaLiga, where there is a lot of ball circulation. In Italy, experienced players can use their quality and intelligence to read the game.”
Can Milan compete for the Scudetto without European competitions? Benitez answered:
“I think so. Not playing in Europe can help, because doing rotation like we do, at Napoli or Valencia, is not easy, players are not happy. So if you don’t play in Europe and focus only on the league, it is an advantage.”
