Zinedine Zidane also spoke from the stage at the Trento Sport Festival. The French champion, who won everything as Real Madrid’s coach, addressed several topics.
Here are his words:

On Carlo Ancelotti:
"Ancelotti is a friend, an old friend. He is a good coach because he listens to the players, he talked with us a lot. Some hear, others listen: he listens. There are coaches who win, others who don’t and are treated like fools. But it’s not like that. The team also matters… The important thing is to be passionate because that’s how you always transmit something to the players."
Who would you coach again between Cristiano Ronaldo and Luka Modric?
"Both, extraordinary players, also Benzema. I had some players… It’s not about the match, because the match is just a part. Training with them, five meters away… For example Benzema, Kroos, Isco. You didn’t see the ball, they never lost it. It’s impressive. Imagine an hour and a half of training without losing the ball. Never. There were 3-4 players doing that: Modric, Kroos, Benzema, Isco, Rodrygo. Cristiano lost it a bit (smiles). But he scored incredible goals, so…"
Which team do you think was the strongest? Zidane replied:
"Milan with van Basten, Rijkaard, Gullit, Baresi, Maldini. This team won many matches. Sacchi’s Milan was an impressive team."
