25 days from the deadline for the deed, set for November 10, the new San Siro is still a vision, even though the architects in charge of this major project, Lord Norman Foster and David Manica, have a clear goal: to make the new Milan stadium one of the most striking, advanced, and impressive in modern football.

An example? From foundations to roof, the new San Siro is expected to reach 52 meters in height, making it one of the tallest stadiums in Europe, if not the world.
Will the new San Siro stadiums have steep stands like Dortmund's 'Yellow Wall'?
One detail fans care about most is the steepness of the stands, which, according to the project’s descriptive document, will reach 37 degrees. The new San Siro will therefore be similar to Dortmund, almost like Valencia’s Mestalla, stadiums that take your breath away and make your heart race.
Capacity and structure
As noted, the new San Siro will be 52 meters high and hold 71,500 spectators. La Gazzetta dello Sport reports it will be built on a podium, raising it from the ground, and will include internal parking. Inside there will also be restaurants and shops, like the world’s most advanced stadiums, and the tiers will be two, not three. The stadium’s shape will not be rectangular, as the current San Siro suggests, but more oval.
