A real soap opera is unfolding between André of Corinthians and AC Milan. The Rossoneri have done everything possible to secure the Brazilian midfielder for next season. However, the stance of the Brazilian club’s president, Osmar Stabile, now appears to be the main obstacle.
Gianluca Di Marzio spoke about the situation as follows:
“As reported, negotiations between Milan and Corinthians for André are currently at a standstill, as the Brazilian club’s president has yet to give his approval. He continues to withhold the green light, even though Milan have already reached an agreement with the club for the transfer of the 2006-born midfielder. An agreement has also been reached with the player himself, who wants to move to Milan. Meanwhile, Milan are considering turning to FIFA in an attempt to resolve the situation.”
