Today at Juventus, one of the opponents to watch will be Francisco Conceição, son of the former Milan coach in the second half of last season. In an interview with Tuttosport, Sergio Conceição Jr, the coach’s eldest son and older brother of the Juventus player, said:
"He deserved more time. In six months he played two finals: he won one, and he didn’t deserve to lose the other. In the league, since he arrived, he would have finished fifth. The problems my father had are the same as Milan’s this year, and I’m sorry because if he had started the season I think things would have gone differently.”
Sergio Conceição’s eldest son continued:
"Allegri is a great coach, among the best in Italy and Europe."
"But the flaws from one year to the next are more or less the same. Perhaps Milan’s problem is not simply the coach. My father did a good job in six months: since he arrived, he has practically always played every three days, so he had very little time to train. He wasn’t supported much by the club either: in January they changed a lot of players, perhaps too many.”
