With the fourth floor of Casa Milan still empty today and lacking the people who occupy the key decision-making desks, uncertainty is affecting virtually every part of the Rossoneri club. Even the Milan Futuro project and the club's work with young players have been called into question during these chaotic final weeks at the court of the Diavolo.
In reality, however, the executives who have overseen the Under-23 side and the Primavera team in recent years have at least remained in place (for now): Jovan Kirovski and Vincenzo Vergine. According to Tuttosport, Milan's youth development work is nevertheless expected to continue.
This morning, Tuttosport devoted a short article to the topic of youth development at Milan. The headline already says everything about the club's actual intentions, regardless of who will arrive as CEO or technical area director. Tuttosport writes: "Milan Futuro and youth development: moving forward." It then refers specifically to the two key executives responsible for both the reserve team and the entire youth sector: "Kirovski and Vergine continue to plan for the future scenarios of both structures."
