Just over a week from now, AC Milan will officially begin their season with the squad's first gathering at Milanello under new head coach Ruben Amorim and his coaching staff. Admittedly, the group will be reduced, given the number of Rossoneri players involved in the Club World Cup, but the coach will still be able to start instilling his tactical ideas and assess those players whose futures remain uncertain. One player in particular, appears to be on his way out: Youssouf Fofana.
The player is expected to begin pre-season training at Milanello, but it is likely that he will be heading elsewhere in the following weeks.
This is also confirmed by La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning, which runs the headline:
"Changes in midfield, Fofana also on his way out."
It goes on to add: "The Frenchman will be sold."
