Yesterday, the Rossoneri's new head coach arrived in Milan and explained why he chose to take charge of the Diavolo:
"Why did I choose Milan? If you watch one of my old interviews, I said this is a special club for me. It's a huge challenge. After the last one (at Manchester United, editor's note), I told myself I should choose less demanding challenges, and yet here I am (laughs, editor's note). This is an even bigger challenge. But I'm proud to be here, and now I want to work with my staff and my players... I'm truly happy to be here."
Amorim is clear about his objectives now that he is Milan's new head coach:
"Am I at Milan to win? You can't come to Milan without that mentality. We have a lot of work to do, but if you're Milan's head coach, you have to compete to win."
