I approve every single penny, and I am the only one who gives the final green light on transfer dealings," he said. "In the way we operate, my approval power is unilateral. "So the team will continue to make recommendations and we will work as a team. We receive a lot of input from the coach and from my team. But in the end, when the time comes to make a decision, I am the one who approves it."
