Pervis Estupiñán is on the verge of leaving AC Milan after just one season. The Ecuadorian full-back has reached an agreement in principle with Aston Villa, who now only need to bridge the gap between their offer and Milan's asking price to hand Unai Emery his new signing.
Once the transfer is completed, the Rossoneri will move to replace Estupiñán, with the aim of providing Ruben Amorim with an experienced player who can make an immediate impact. According to Tuttosport, today's headline reads:
"Guerreiro on a free"
The headline is referring to 32-year-old Raphaël Guerreiro. While he is in the latter stages of his career, he is coming off a strong season at Bayern Munich, where he made 29 appearances, scoring six goals and providing three assists.
