According to colleagues at Sky Sport Deutschland, Galatasaray appear to have submitted an official €45 million offer for Gabriel Martinelli today. The offer is now on Arsenal’s table, with Martinelli currently the Turkish club’s top transfer priority.
This move could be the direct consequence of a change in strategy by the Turkish club after realising that Milan have no intention of lowering their asking price for Rafael Leão.
