A month into pre-season preparations, the new AC Milan under Ruben Amorim is taking shape more and more. Gerry Cardinale also arrived at Milanello by helicopter today and is meeting with Amorim and the squad, while the first names who are likely to be out of the project are now emerging.
This was supposed to be the week of decisions, as the coach had explained, and those decisions are now coming. Tomori, Fofana, Odogu and, surprisingly, Nkunku will not be part of Amorim’s plans, according to Peppe Di Stefano of Sky Sport.
The focus will now shift to the transfer market and the offers the club can receive for these players. They are not the only Milan players expected to leave, either, with Terracciano, Gimenez and Estupiñán also among those who could find new clubs during the final weeks of the transfer window, as relayed via Gianluca Di Marzio on his website.
