The AC Milan club has officially confirmed through their official website that Zachary Athekame has left the club temporarily. Here's the statement:
"AC Milan can confirm that Zachary Athekame has joined Olympique Lyonnais on loan. The Club would like to wish Zachary all the best for the remainder of the season."

The 21-year-old right-back - from Genf, Switzerland - (whose contract with the Rossoneri runs until 2030) made 29 appearances between Serie A, Supercoppa Italiana, and Coppa Italia. He scored two goals while providing two assists. Overall, he played over 800 minutes in the red and black colours.
Now, Zachary Athekame is set for a new adventure to prove himself in France, where he will train under the guidance of ex Milan head coach Paulo Fonseca.
