The Italian newspaper 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', has the following headline about the four players who have been rejected by Ruben Amorim and subsequently placed on the transfer list:
"Nkunku & co. out: poor commitment and negative influence"
Fikayo Tomori, David Odogu, Youssouf Fofana and Christopher Nkunku have been cut from the Portuguese coach’s plans not only for sporting reasons, namely tactical and technical considerations, but also for off-the-pitch issues. Their negative behaviour and attitudes within the dressing room also played a role, as relayed via Milan News.
The four outcasts have not been called up by Amorim for Milan’s final pre-season friendly, scheduled for this afternoon in Poland against Manchester United. From now on, while they await a move away from the club, none of them will train with the rest of the Rossoneri squad. Instead, they will work individually.
