Tomori, Fofana and Gimenez are three players whom Milan now consider to be outside the club’s new sporting project. As reported by Gazzetta dello Sport, the club’s position is clear: even if the three players fail to find new clubs by 2 September, they would still not be included in the team’s rotations.
The message has already been conveyed through the club’s official decisions. Tomori, Fofana and Gimenez do not appear on the squad list submitted by Milan for the start of Serie A. Therefore, should they remain at the club, their future would be away from the first-team group: they would train separately and would have no possibility of being used in matches.
