After saying goodbye to Rafael Leao, Milan, like a bolt out of the blue, wrapped up a deal for his replacement last night. The player in question is Omari Hutchinson, a left-footed Anglo-Jamaican attacking midfielder born in 2003, who registered one goal and seven assists in 42 appearances across all competitions for Nottingham Forest last season.
The negotiations between the English club and the Rossoneri are now in the final stages, as confirmed this morning by 'La Gazzetta dello Sport', which ran the headline:
"Hutchinson-Milan, agreement on a loan with Nottingham."
The deal will be a paid loan, worth around €4 million, but without an option to buy.
