The Rossoneri fans are always there, and Sunday evening’s Milan-Lecce clash will be no exception, with San Siro expected to be virtually full.
Milan-Lecce: the fan situation at San Siro
After the nearly 69,000 fans who attended Wednesday’s Europa League match against Benfica, even higher figures are expected for the fifth-round league clash against the Giallorossi.
According to those at MilanPress.it, more than 72,000 fans are expected at the Meazza for the match against the Salentini.
The last match before the break
Sunday’s match will be the final game before the long international break, during which, as always, many Rossoneri players will be involved. The break will end in the second week of October.
Ruben Amorim’s side will be aiming to close out this first cycle with a positive result and a strong performance, before using the break to reassess and fine-tune some of their ideas.
