Italian journalist Luca Bianchin had the following to say in 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' about defender Strahinja Pavlovic's future at Milan:
"Priority: high. Strahinja Pavlovic is a starter at Milan and has a potentially dangerous contract worth €1.7 million net per season, running until 2028, with an option for an additional year. Many foreign clubs can offer more. Milan and Strahinja, however, get along well and have held some talks about a renewal until 2031, with his salary more or less doubled. We are not at an advanced stage, but the feeling is that the danger is behind him because, a year and a half ago, Pavlovic received a serious offer from Turkiye. That's in the past. He and his family like Milan: if no crazy offers come in, why move?"
