Former striker Christian Vieri gave a lengthy interview to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport' in which he also spoke about AC Milan and Gonçalo Ramos. Here are his words
Whether Milan and Juventus are Scudetto contenders or top-four teams
«The latter. But with Gonçalo Ramos, as we also saw with Portugal, Milan have finally, after years, found a great centre-forward. However, like all centre-forwards, he needs to be picked out more often. You want goals? Give him more balls to play with. Otherwise, it becomes difficult to say whether he will do well or not.»
Whether Ramos is better than Kolo Muani
«I’d say, more than anything: more of a centre-forward. Kolo plays more for the team. From what I see, if he doesn’t score a goal every game, he doesn’t go crazy; he is also happy to set up a team-mate. But without Vlahovic and David, Juventus need him to score more.»
