Much-criticised Ruben Amorim has responded to his critics by securing an important Europa League victory away to Salzburg.
Ruben Amorim joins exclusive group of AC Milan managers
As Opta points out, across all competitions, the Portuguese coach has become the first AC Milan manager since Filippo Inzaghi to remain unbeaten in his first five away matches in charge of the club, recording two wins and three draws.
Inzaghi, meanwhile, won two and drew four of his first six away matches in the 2014-15 season. Before Amorim, only two other foreign managers had achieved this feat with the Rossoneri: Nils Liedholm and William Garbutt, who each went unbeaten in their first six away games.
