Tijjani Reijnders, the AC Milan midfielder, made some statements in a press conference directly from the Netherlands national team camp, also talking about his experience with the Rossoneri and revealing his real goal for this season. Here are his words on the matter:
On Milan:
"I had a good first season. The expectations at the club are higher. The number of goals and assists I scored last year needs to increase. This is my personal goal. I will do everything I can to reach this goal this year."
On Euro 2024, Reijnders said:

"It was a long season. I needed to do nothing for a while and clear my head. I watched the tournament again while I was on vacation and reviewed how it went and what perhaps could be improved for the next final phase, if we make it. I think we played well as a team. A European Championship semi-final is no small feat. I think we can certainly be proud. Obviously, you want to win a European Championship. It didn’t happen. That’s a good goal for the next final phase of the tournament."
On the new faces in the national team:
"There are new faces, which brings new energy. I’ve seen it during training. You can see the freshness in the guys. Some of them are new and want to make a good impression."
