Didier Deschamps spoke at a press conference on the eve of France - Israel. The head coach of the French national team talked about Theo Hernandez and his difficult period at Milan.
“His season started off rather complicated. I have already spoken with him about this for various reasons. Based on the results obtained by his team, he could have done better. He knows that, of course. He is happy to be in the national team, and this applies to all those players coming out of difficult periods with their clubs. It’s not his best moment."
Deschamps continued to talk about Theo:
"He has responsibilities, but this can depend on many things, particularly the daily results of his club, which are not what was expected.”
