Zvonimir Boban, speaking live in the Sky Sport 24 studios during the post-match coverage of Tuesday’s Champions League games, talked about AC Milan and the club's imminent 125th anniversary, which will be celebrated on Sunday during the home league match against Genoa.
The former player and executive of the Rossoneri was very clear in his statements.

"A team that has made history; Milan is history—a magnificent and fantastic club. Once you understand how elegant it is and how much of a winning spirit it holds, you can never detach yourself from those colours. I wasn’t born a Milan fan, but my father, when Milan came looking for me, he told me to go immediately. I have felt, feel, and will always feel great love for this club, which, however, didn’t invite me to the 125th anniversary. But it doesn’t matter. Of course, I’m saddened, but I say this without resentment: I will celebrate the 125 years by being proud to have been a part of it."
Boban added:
"My son is a die-hard Milan fan and we’ll watch the match against Genoa hoping for a win and for an atmosphere at the stadium that is worthy of this club.
