Sergio Conceicao spoke to the AC Milan club's official channel and said these words:
"I am proud of this adventure, but the emotion is momentary. We need to work: we must have a warm heart and a cool head to work at our best and manage to win matches. We represent a great club on a global level, and we must live up to its history," as relayed via Alfredo Pedullà.
On ambitions, Conceicao said:
"We don’t have much time, but this is not an excuse. With the time I have, I must do my best to make the players understand what they need to do. There is a lot of work to be done here with them, but with organisation and quality, we will be able to do a great job."
He concluded:
"Words are words, I have to prove it with actions. There must be great work from everyone, we are here to work. To the fans, I say we will work hard, we want to live up to this great club."
