Through the microphones of Sky Sport, the Italian transfer guru Gianluca Di Marzio has spoken about Milan's interest on Atalanta's forward Josip Ilicic. Here are his words:
"Beyond the renewal or not of Calhanoglu, Milan are thinking seriously about Ilicic. The player could have the will to fulfill the dream of playing in a top club. Ricky Massara was already following him at Roma with Monchi and the relationship with Gasperini is no longer what it once was. There have been serious contacts with Milan but considering the age of the player, the Rossoneri would not want to spend too much money, on the order of that spent by Sevilla for Gomez".
