In view of the communication from the Federal Prosecutor’s Office regarding the measure concluding the investigations under proceeding no. 395 adopted against Hakan Calhanoglu, Simone Inzaghi, Claudio Sala, Massimiliano Silva, Javier Adelmar Zanette, Fabio Pansa and the clubs F.C. INTERNAZIONALE MILANO and A.C. MILAN S.p.A., concerning the following conduct:
Hakan Calhanoglu:
At the time of the events a player registered with the club F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., in violation of the principles of loyalty, fairness, and integrity and of the obligation to comply with the federal rules set out in Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Code of Sports Justice, which must characterize the behavior of the subjects referred to in Article 2 of the Code of Sports Justice in every relationship in any way referable to sporting activity, both independently and in relation to the provision of Article 25, paragraph 10, of the Code of Sports Justice, which establishes the prohibition of having relations with members of groups or supporter groups that are not part of associations affiliated with the clubs, for having, at least starting from the 2022-23 sporting season, had relations with members of the Ultra group known as "Curva Nord";
Simone Inzaghi:
registered in the register of coaches, at the time of the events registered as coach for the club F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A., in violation of the principles of loyalty, fairness, and integrity and of the obligation to comply with the federal rules set out in Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Code of Sports Justice, which must characterize the behavior of the subjects referred to in Article 2 of the Code of Sports Justice in every relationship in any way referable to sporting activity, both independently and in relation to the provision of Article 25, paragraph 10, of the Code of Sports Justice, which establishes the prohibition of having relations with members of groups or supporter groups that are not part of associations affiliated with the clubs, for having, at least starting from the 2022-23 sporting season, had relations with members of the Ultra group known as "Curva Nord"
Javier Adelmar Zanetti
At the time of the events Vice President of the club F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. and in any case a person who carried out activities relevant to the federal system pursuant to Article 2, paragraph 2, of the Code of Sports Justice within and in the interest of the aforementioned club, in violation of the principles of loyalty, fairness, and integrity and of the obligation to comply with the federal rules set out in Article 4, paragraph 1, of the Code of Sports Justice, which must characterize the behavior of the subjects referred to in Article 2 of the Code of Sports Justice in every relationship in any way referable to sporting activity, both independently and in relation to the provision of Article 25, paragraph 10, of the Code of Sports Justice, which establishes the prohibition of having relations with members of groups or supporter groups that are not part of associations affiliated with the clubs, for having, at least starting from the 2022-23 sporting season, had relations with members of the Ultra group known as "Curva Nord", as relayed via Milannews.it.
The sanctions
1 (one) match suspension to be served in the current championship and a fine of €30,000 (thirty thousand/00) for Hakan Calhanoglu
1 (one) match suspension to be served in the current championship and a fine of €15,000 (fifteen thousand/00) for Simone Inzaghi
A fine of €14,500 (fourteen thousand five hundred/00) for Javier Adelmar Zanetti.
