"For Italiano, the results spoke." So said Claudio Fenucci, CEO of Bologna, who, from the stage of the Bulgarelli award, praised Vincenzo Italiano in these terms:

"As a professional, we never had any doubts; as a person, we came to know him, and a relationship of empathy was born. We want to continue together, and in the coming days we will talk to understand how to extend this relationship," as relayed via Milannews.it.

"We are very happy with what has been achieved, and Vincenzo was the main architect of this success. He filled our hearts with emotion and can be a great showcase for Italian football. I want to thank all 30,000 who came to Rome. In the last 20 minutes, every time the team regained possession, there was a roar. It’s a victory for everyone."

On director Sartori, who is linked with Milan, Bologna's CEO said:

"Sartori? He’ll end up retiring here with us. We still have him for another two years. Clubs grow in cycles, and we began a new path with the arrival of Sinisa, increasing investments and involving people who made a difference. We will try to continue all together, also aiming to make a good impression in Europe."
