In recent days, AC Milan have completed the signing of El Hadj Malick Cissé, a Senegalese centre-back born in 2008 from the Be Sport Academy. He will initially be assigned to Massimo Oddo’s Milan Futuro, though he is also likely to train occasionally with Max Allegri’s first team. The player, who cost less than one million euros, is in Milan today to undergo the club’s routine medical examinations at the club's headquarters.
Cissé will take up one of the two non-EU slots available to the Rossoneri for the 2025-26 season. The very young Senegalese defender stood out with his national team at the U17 World Cup played in November and had also attracted interest from other top European clubs, including Barcelona and RB Leipzig, as relayed via Milan News.
