In January, Milan took German striker Niclas Fullkrug on loan from West Ham with an option to buy, but the club is already targeting a new center-forward for the next summer transfer window.
Massimiliano Allegri wants Moise Kean. Having coached him at Juventus, the Livorno-born manager aims to bring the Italian international from Fiorentina (born 2000) to the Rossoneri.
In fact, Tuttosport reports that, to meet the €62 million release clause valid abroad from July 1 to 15, Milan will try to offer €30 to 35 million plus a player in exchange.
In this context, Francesco Camarda’s name comes up, as he is appreciated by Fiorentina director Fabio Paratici. The 2008-born youngster is on loan at Lecce but sidelined with a serious shoulder injury that will keep him out until April.
His agent, Beppe Riso, told Tuttosport: “Camarda was returning to Milan, then he had the shoulder problem and needed surgery. At Lecce he might get more playing time and be able to help them in the final stretch of the season.”
Looking ahead to next season, Camarda faces a crossroads: play another year on loan or leave Milan permanently, though the club could keep a buy-back option at predetermined figures from summer 2028, when his current contract expires. So far, Camarda has scored one goal in 35 professional appearances, totaling 988 minutes played in the first team between Milan and Lecce, as pointed out via Calcio Mercato.
Kean, who arrived in the 2024 summer transfer window from Juventus for €13 million plus €5 million in potential bonuses, is under contract with Fiorentina until June 2029. He is the team’s highest-paid player, earning €4.5 million net per year, and has scored 33 goals in 71 appearances for the Viola.
