Fabio Capello, former Milan coach, gave a long interview to Gazzetta dello Sport in which he also spoke about Milan:
"The defeat against Parma told us that the Scudetto dream was a utopia, now Milan must pay attention to who is behind them. It is still a long way to go, there are twelve matchdays ahead and many direct confrontations that can make a difference."

Is Milan favored for the Champions League qualification? Capello answered:
"Yes, true. But they often lose focus against the smaller teams. I believe that Milan has already spent a lot mentally trying to stay close to Inter, and now there is a risk of suffering a backlash in their mindset."
Capello added:
"Moreover, they have two obvious weaknesses: they lack a top-level defender and a striker to start regularly, since Allegri only uses Füllkrug during the match. Tough schedule? I don’t think it is a matter of the schedule. Milan’s season has shown us so far a team that struggles more against the small clubs than against the big ones. An unpredictable performance, almost crazy."
