Regarding the second half of AC Milan’s season under Massimiliano Allegri, today’s edition of Tuttosport runs the headline:
"Max at his lowest: Europa League pace in the return leg."
The Rossoneri have experienced a clear drop in form in the second half of the 2025–2026 Serie A season, falling from an average of 2.2 points per match to 1.75. In the 12 matches played so far after the halfway point, the Diavolo have collected 21 points, six fewer than Inter, five fewer than Juventus, and four fewer than Atalanta and Como.
If only the second half of the season is considered, Milan sit fifth in the table, therefore outside the Champions League places.
