The Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport headlines this morning:
"Leao without peace. Whistles, boos and then the substitution. Rafa can’t manage to turn things around."
Yesterday in Verona, Rafael Leao delivered another disappointing performance, but he was saved by the assist for Adrien Rabiot’s winning goal. The Portuguese player, jeered and unfortunately also subjected to some racist booing, did not take well to being substituted for Santiago Gimenez. There was no dramatic scene like the one that happened in Rome against Lazio, but the Milan number 10 still complained about the fact that he is always the one being taken off.
