As has often happened in recent seasons, this year too we are approaching the final 90 minutes of the Serie A Enilive season with many managers still uncertain about their future. This year there are a few more certainties, with Cristian Chivu set to be confirmed in charge of Inter after winning the league title and the Coppa Italia, while Gasperini and Spalletti also appear likely to stay on (although the final matchday could still change things for them as well). The one certain to depart, however, is Antonio Conte: goodbye to Napoli after two years.

And what about AC Milan's Massimiliano Allegri?

Total uncertainty still surrounds the future of the ex Juventus coach, as it does for many others. Securing a place in next season’s Champions League could certainly provide an incentive to stay, also for contractual reasons. The issue is that everything will have to go through Gerry Cardinale, who has promised major reflections at the end of the season. The future of the team depends precisely on the decisions of its owner, as the Quotidiano Sportivo newspaper commented this morning:

"Allegri awaits Cardinale’s decision for Milan."

It will be the head of RedBird, based on the final result and more besides, who will decide how to resolve all the managerial and technical matters at the end of the season.
