Jens-Petter Hauge, former Rossoneri forward now at Bodo Glimt, recalled his experience at Milan and in Serie A to 'La Gazzetta dello Sport':
"It was wonderful. I had a superb season in a very competitive league. It was an important experience for me: from a human perspective it helped me grow a lot, but also professionally, I believe I learned many things."
During his time at the Rossoneri, the Norwegian forward played with Zlatan Ibrahimović: "Ibra was a great player, a true leader. I tried to learn as much as possible from him and from the other great players I was with. At Milan I remain very attached: I love the club and the fans, they are simply incredible. I am still a Milan supporter."
Hauge then also commented on the season that has just ended, with Milan failing to qualify for the Champions League:
"I followed it and I am sorry to see Milan out of the Champions League again. For its history and prestige, it is a club that must be in the Champions League and must fight for the league title every year. The final matchday was a disappointment because Champions League qualification was within reach, but Milan will bounce back."
