No situation has yet been unlocked regarding the next technical director or sporting director of AC Milan. After the resistance from Eintracht Frankfurt over Krosche and Hardung, and despite further attempts by Gerry Cardinale in recent hours, there have been no further developments on other names or figures. The idea is therefore increasingly gaining ground that Milan could opt to promote sporting director Jovan Kirovski directly from Milan Futuro. This is a suggestion that has taken hold in recent hours and was also commented on by Alfredo Pedullà live on Sportitalia last night.

SportItalia's journalist, Alfredo Pedullà, has commented on the possibility of Jovan Kirovski being appointed sporting director of AC Milan:
"Kirovski promoted from Milan Futuro to sporting director? That is an un-commentable piece of news, I cannot comment on it. It would be the closing of the circle with Zlatan Ibrahimović placing his friend. He made them waste so much time that I believe could have been avoided: first Rangnick, then Krosche… It would have been perfectly reasonable to say: it has to be Kirovski, let’s appoint him immediately and save some time.”
