According to ESPN, AC Milan has rejected New York City's offer for Christian Pulisic because the Milan directors consider the player absolutely not for sale. In recent hours, there has been talk of a substantial offer that the MLS club had put on the table for the American forward, who, however, is not on the market and is considered untouchable by the Rossoneri.
Gerry Cardinale, the club's owner, wants to keep all of Milan's star players, including his fellow American, who is under contract with the club until 2027. However, the club has an option to extend his deal by another year.
For now, as per sources at ESPN, Pulisic is focusing solely on the World Cup with the USMNT.
He has been plagued by a calf injury that limited him to 45 minutes through the Americans' first two matches but has recovered and is available to play in Thursday's last group stage match against Türkiye.
