Mario Gila’s agent, Alejandro Camaño, spoke on leaving Casa Milan after this morning’s meeting. Milan have reached an agreement with the player for the transfer: €5 million net per year for 5 years, but they still have to find an agreement with Lazio, the club that owns the defender’s registration rights. Despite his contract expiring in 2027, the Biancocelesti club continue to demand around €30 million. To move closer to the figure requested by Lotito, Milan must make an improved bid and are working with the player’s agent.
“How did the meeting go? Well, as always. All the meetings with all the Italian clubs are very good. We are working on several players, not just Gila; we have several negotiations underway, and we are working," as relayed via Milan Press.
New developments in the negotiations are expected in the coming days (or even in the next few hours).
