Galatasaray have submitted an offer to Milan to sign Rafa Leão on a permanent basis, but the Rossoneri club managers have rejected it as they do not consider it adequate. The figures proposed by the Turkish club were around €30 million plus €5 million in bonuses, which was not enough for Milan, as pointed out by Gianluca Di Marzio.
It remains to be seen whether Galatasaray will return with an improved offer, but another factor is whether Rafael Leão himself will be open to the move. At the moment, the player is happy and feels comfortable working with Ruben Amorim’s new coaching staff.
