Ruben Amorim’s summer at Milan continues with this (almost) completed pre-season. The latest outing against Chelsea was not particularly positive, while the tests against Celtic and Inter were certainly more encouraging. Milan are therefore still a work in progress, with plenty of things to sort out. In all of this, the transfer market remains a key and crucial issue for the Portuguese coach’s squad, especially when it comes to departures.
Fofana, Ricci and, most recently, Athekame are the names who, to date, have reportedly failed to convince Amorim. Meanwhile, the match against Torino, scheduled for 23 August, is drawing closer. And according to Matteo Moretto, Abate's team, Torino, have reportedly asked for information about Milan’s young talent Alphadjo Cissé. We will see whether this situation develops further over the coming hours.
