Two days ago, Francesco Totti turned 50 and, on the occasion, gave a lengthy interview to 'Corriere dello Sport' in which he discussed a wide range of topics, including, of course, his illustrious career.
The former playmaker remained at Roma throughout his career despite receiving several offers over the years, turning them all down because he wanted to become a club legend for the Giallorossi.
During the interview, however, Totti revealed that, had he been forced to leave Roma, the Italian club he would have most liked to join was Milan:
"If I had had to leave Roma, which Italian club would I have preferred to join? Milan, also because I fell in love with them as a child. It was the era of Sacchi and the three Dutchmen; they were winning everywhere, and as an Italian, I was captivated. They were a beautiful team to watch, truly beautiful."
