Ruben Amorim's statements at the press conference following AC Milan's impressive victory over Salzburg.
One adjective to describe Cisse?
"It's not my intuition, because the club signed Cisse before I arrived. The club saw the same things I did. He's had better performances. He was good in the penalty area, but I think he's had better games in terms of controlling the ball and taking players on one-on-one. I'm happy for him, but from tomorrow we have to start preparing for the match against Atalanta," as relayed via Milan News.
Yesterday, you said this was your plan. Did you already know the result would be like this? Were you already certain you were right?
"It's a risk. I saw how the lads were training, and we needed to rotate the squad. It's been a good day, but now we have to prepare for the match against Atalanta."
How important was tonight in lifting the mood around Milan? Sometimes these are the kinds of matches you need...
"It's not about me. I know things are difficult around the club. I've chosen the two most difficult clubs I could have picked in my last two jobs. We're at the beginning of the season. I want to keep doing my job to help my players and win matches."
Hutchinson: is that his role?
"He can play there. He can play as a number 10. It's important to have more options. It's good to have players who can rotate between different positions."
