Journalist Fabrizio Biasin had this to say about AC Milan forward Alphadjo Cisse, born in 2006, during an appearance on Cronache di Spogliatoio. Cisse scored a hat-trick in Milan’s 4-0 Europa League victory over Salzburg.
“I don’t know whether he will be a regular starter for Milan, because at the moment I think he is still a little behind Pulisic and Moreira. However, the news, which doesn’t just come from tonight but has been clear since the start of the season, is that Milan have found a player they can rely on. He has hardly put a foot wrong, perhaps for half a match at most, if that. Whether he starts games from the beginning or not, that is still significant news. Milan also deserve credit for spotting him in Serie B in January and putting their trust in him," as relayed via Milan News.
"This is very important news for Milan because, in a squad that I think has several gaps here and there, having another player available in attack is no small thing. Just think that we still haven’t worked out whether Camarda can be an alternative up front. He is still a little way off, so Milan have gained another option in that area, whereas they may be short of numbers elsewhere in attack. Having more alternatives in that position is very important for Milan.”
