Adrien Rabiot, who scored another goal and provided another assist in his impressive start to the season, was voted MVP of Milan’s 3-2 win over Atalanta. After the match, he spoke to Sky Sport 24.
How do you explain such a strange match?
"We did very well in the first half, but then, strangely, in the second half, particularly during the final 30 minutes, we lost control of the game. That is a problem, because we had played very well in the first half. If we produce a second-half performance like that, then the first half counts for nothing."
Rabiot added:
"Fortunately, we won the match, but in the end, I’m not sure we deserved it that much. That is why I’m a little angry because, as I said, we won and we needed the three points, but we cannot play a first half like that and then collapse in the second half."
