The Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport, in this morning's print edition, published the following headline:
"Milan turning point: Krösche arrives"
In fact, in Germany, they are certain that Markus Krösche will become the Rossoneri club’s new Head of Football by the end of this week.
There is, however, the issue of the release clause: the German has been relieved of his duties, but he is still under contract with Eintracht Frankfurt until 2028, and the club are demanding compensation to release him permanently.
Markus Krösche struggled to hold back his tears during his farewell speech, Michel reports. He chose strong and emotional words: "Today, all I can say is thank you for five highly successful and extremely emotional years. You have shown me what it means to be a club with tradition and what can be achieved with Eintracht Frankfurt. I deliberately wore this jacket (with the club crest, ed.). In recent years, I have been an ‘Eintrachtler’, and I will always remain one of you."
