Updates have emerged regarding Fikayo Tomori’s condition after he picked up an injury on Wednesday evening during the first half of Milan-Bologna.
According to Milan News, the English defender has sustained an injury to a medial flexor muscle in his right thigh. A new examination is scheduled in two weeks.
After a summer in which he had been sidelined from Milan’s technical project, Tomori was reintegrated into the Rossoneri squad and, in recent weeks, partly due to the injuries that have affected Milan’s defence, he had become part of Ruben Amorim’s rotation. On Wednesday against Bologna, before leaving the pitch at half-time (with Luka Modric coming on in his place), the Englishman had provided the assist for Alphadjo Cisse’s second goal.
